Booking Policy

Please note than pre-booking this term, is essential – you will need to top up your ‘wraparound care’ account before being able to book the timeslots. Please note, this is different to your ‘meals’ account.

Here is a reminder of the arrangements and associated charges:

Breakfast Wraparound Care Club

The DfE Early Adopter Breakfast Club continues at the infant school, whereby children can attend from 8.05am, free of charge. For any children arriving before this time, from 7.45am, there will be a charge of £1.50 per session. Breakfast Club at the junior school also opens at 7.45am and the charge is £3.50 per day.

After School Wraparound Care Clubs

On Arbor, there are 3 session timeslots available, so please be sure to select the correct one, per day:

Full session to include a light meal from 15:15 or 15:30 until 17:45 – £8.00

One hour session from the end of the school day, from 15:15 or 15:30 until 16:15 or 16:30 – £3.00

Session to follow an activity club (as detailed below and bookable separately), from 16:15 or 16:30 until 17:45 – £5.00

In addition, at the junior school, there is a free lunchtime Korean Club on a Tuesday, where a small group of children have the opportunity to learn about Korean language and culture, through taking part in various activities each week. Children should be registered for this club, if they are willing to commit to the full 10 sessions over the full Autumn term – it is free of charge and children will receive a certificate at the end of the term.
